At Velmara Swim, we prepare each order for fulfillment once the products have arrived at our fulfillment warehouse.
Order Preparation and Fulfillment
Products typically take 2–3 days to arrive at the fulfillment warehouse. Once the products have been received, the order can proceed to fulfillment.
The 2–3-day period refers to the estimated time for the products to arrive at the warehouse. It is separate from the transportation time to the delivery destination.
Estimated Transit Times
After fulfillment, estimated transit times are:
- United States: approximately 6–10 days
- Chile: approximately 15–18 days
These transit times are estimates only and are subject to confirmation. They are not guaranteed delivery times.
The total time from order placement to delivery may therefore include both the estimated 2–3 days for the products to arrive at the fulfillment warehouse and the applicable estimated transit time above.
Factors That May Affect Delivery
Delivery times may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including:
- Weekends and holidays
- Customs processing
- Import procedures
- Carrier delays
- Weather or other transportation disruptions
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
For this reason, the estimated delivery windows should be used as a guide rather than a guarantee.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Any applicable customs duties, import fees, taxes, or other charges must be confirmed before this policy is published and before orders are placed. Where applicable, these charges may be the responsibility of the customer.
